A Full-Circle Moment

It is woven into the fabric of their family's story.
Her husband, Jake, grew up at the JCC, and his mother, Mary Levy, was the first teacher in the Pre-K classroom at the JCC Block and Dreeben School for Young Children. As a teenager, Jake continued his connection to the JCC by working in Kids Club Afterschool. Today, in a true full-circle moment, that same classroom is where their daughter learns and grows, and where their son will enter Pre-K next year.
Both of their children have been part of the school since infancy. Along the way, they have learned to swim, explored new interests through enrichment programs, and built lasting friendships. Whether spending afternoons at the pool, attending community events, or shooting hoops in the gym, the JCC has been a place where memories have been made and connections have grown.
When the opportunity to join the JCC team arose, Allison was excited to become part of an organization that had already given so much to her family. Having witnessed its impact across generations, she wanted to help ensure other families could experience that same sense of belonging, connection, and community.
Today, as Development Coordinator, Allison sees firsthand how generosity helps create moments that become lifelong memories. Her family's story is a reminder that when we invest in the JCC, we invest in one another, strengthening relationships, traditions, and experiences that span generations. For the Smith-Levy family, the JCC has never been just a place. It has been a second home.

Arnon Noble is a religious man with a strong bond to his mother, a Holocaust survivor. He usually drives her to school lectures where she tells the students how she saved the lives of her baby boy and herself with the help of a thin gold ring. When the mother's health deteriorates, he travels to her old hometown, Budapest to search for the mythological ring that saved her life in the past. He turns for help to his estranged daughter who is a TV researcher and offers her to go on this journey together. Will the search for the ring be successful? Will the ring save the mother's life again and will the same ring that saved his mother also succeed in saving Arnon's relationship with his own daughter.
