Age: Senior Adult 65+

This class is designed specifically for moderately active seniors and focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and promotes independence in aging.  Most exercises performed in a seated in a chair.  This class is great for anyone going through rehab or in need of non-intense excercise.
