BODYPUMP™ is the orginal barbell class that strengthens your entire body and can burn up to 600 calories per class.  The 60-minute workout will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises including squats, presses, lifts and curls. 

Every three months a new class is released with new music and choreography!

A TYPICAL BODYPUMP™ CLASS:

  • Designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups
  • Begins with a warm-up with light weights to get your body moving
  • Then your instructor will guide you through the workout focusing on each major muscle group
  • Lastly the down temp music will accompany you while you stretch out  your muscles to finish out your workout.
