If soccer, baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, tennis, golf, swimming or running is your sport of choice, Mitchell Lynch has designed a program to help anyone from the casual player to the competitive athlete improve their game through sport-specific strength and conditioning training. Mitch received his BS in Exercise Sports Science from Texas Tech University, and has experience with the Performance Advantage program at Texas Sports Medicine, whose program currently trains over 20 professional athletes.
