The JCC is Made with Members Like You
No matter when you joined the JCC, you became part of our family as soon as you walked through our doors! The JCC is your home away from home where we continue to strive to provide you with programs and services that meet your cultural, educational, and recreational needs. On this page are resources to manage your membership and enhance your member experience. Should you find that you need any assistance, we are happy to help. Call us at 210-302-6820.
Member Get a Member Referral Program
By participating in our Member Get a Member referral program, JCC Members earn CASH for every new member who joins the J and mentions YOUR name as the referrer.
Please contact Member Services at 210-302-6866 if you need to make any changes to your account such as adding a member, changing your category or sadly, cancelling your membership (please note that cancellation does require 30-days written notice.)
Checking into the JCC: By Key Card or App!
JCC Members, their Guests, and all Visitors coming to the JCC/Campus must check-in at the Central Information Desk, located in the center of the Main Level Lobby, before proceeding to the lower or upper levels of the building.
JCC Member check-in is easy with the Membership Key Card provided to you upon joining the J: simply scan your card at the Central Information Desk and you’ll be on your way. Better yet, download the new JCC App! All other visitors to the Campus should be prepared to provide ID to access Campus facilities.
