Yes, reservations are required for classes. Reservations open at 8 pm two days prior to the class date.

We offer a wide variety of classes including yoga, Zumba®, bootcamp, aqua fitness, strength training, and more for every age and fitness level.

Yes, Group Exercise classes are included with most membership types at no extra cost.

No problem! All classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors are happy to provide modifications.
