
Group Exercise
Join us for over 60 hours of weekly classes designed to fit every fitness level and interest.
**Please note: Classes are subject to change! Check the reservation system often for class notifications.
Reservations are required to participate in Group Exercise classes. Reservations can be made online and become available 3 days prior to class at the class time. For example, to reserve a class held on Monday at 8:00am, reservations open on Friday at 8:00am. Cancellations are equally important. There is a waitlist option for many classes that rely on reservation cancellations to activate the system.
Members aged 15 & up may participate in group exercise classes. Members aged 13-14 may participate when accompanied and supervised by an adult, parent, or guardian.
*Winter Inclement Weather Notice: AquaFit will NOT be held when the air temperature is below 40 degrees and / or the water temperature drops below 77 degrees. The JCC Aquatics area will close when temperatures are at freezing or below 32 degrees and will re-open once temperature is above freezing.
