Resumption of Services & Health Protocols

For the Safety of our Members and Staff: We are counting on the community to self-screen before coming to the JCC. When you are not feeling well, are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, or have been exposed to someone with those symptoms, PLEASE STAY HOME. We will be happy to welcome you once you are symptom-free and feeling better!

Our community is our family—and family takes care of each other. As families start gathering for the upcoming holidays, we are continuing to count on you to help us keep our members and staff safe. We are relying on you to self-screen before coming to the JCC. If you are not feeling well, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone with those symptoms, please stay home. We will be happy to welcome you to our facility once you are symptom-free and feeling better!

As a reminder, as you enter our facility, we will continue to conduct temperature checks and you will be asked:

  • Do you have any COVID-19 symptoms?
  • Have you been around anyone with COVID-19 symptoms?

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

This list does not include all possible symptoms. For more information, please refer to the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) website.

With no way to predict what will happen, the best way we can prepare is to respond and evolve as the situation develops—with nothing but your safety in mind. For the complete list of our safety protocols, please continue to read below.
